Summary
The main aim of the project is to develop, implement and validate quantitative models and estimation techniques to characterise the brain tissue microstructure in vivo by using MRI data from different modalities.

Exclusion criteria for all participants include a personal history of neurological disease, brain injury, presence of cardiovascular risk factors for cognitive impairment (i.e., ictus), suffering from a severe physical condition (e.g., cancer), personal history of a psychiatric disorder, current or previous psychopharmacological treatment, alcohol/substance abuse/dependence in the 12 months before participation, claustrophobia, and presence of contraindications for MRI scanning (i.e. cardiac pacemaker, metal fragment/prostheses, pregnancy, surgical intervention within one month before scanning).

Data Sharing
Data collected in this study will be de-identified and shared via an open data sharing platform.
The Researcher will provide more specific information after registration of interest.
