Summary
We are looking for healthy males or females (of non-childbearing potential) aged between 18 and 55, that may be eligible to participate in a clinical trial investigating a new drug being developed for the potential treatment of a range of diseases associated with the brain and central nervous system, including schizophrenia.
What is involved? - 1 Screening Visit (split into two parts), 3 treatment periods (consisting of 2 overnight stays per treatment period – Day -1 to Day 2 with doses separated by approximately 5-28 days in each period) and a post-study follow up visit approximately 5-7 days following the last dose of MDI-26478 on Day 1 of treatment period 3.
